These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Organico Pakistan Farms website at organicopakistanfarms.com (the "Website"), and your purchase of animal feed, dairy products, or livestock from Organico Pakistan Farms ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company").

By accessing our Website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our business — whether online, by phone, or via WhatsApp — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

3. Products and Services

We manufacture and sell animal feed (including TMR, Dairy Wanda, Calf Starter Feed, Dry Period Feed, Silage, Fattening Wanda, and custom feed formulations), dairy products (including fresh milk, desi ghee, yogurt, lassi, butter, paneer, and cheese), and livestock (including dairy cows, dairy buffaloes, fattening bulls, and other meat and breeding animals). We also offer related farm services, including feed consultation and dealer partnerships.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Website are provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or specification from what is depicted on the Website.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed through our Website's contact and order forms, by phone, or via WhatsApp. An order is not confirmed until we have acknowledged it directly — through a WhatsApp message, phone call, or other direct communication from our team.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations to your area. If we cancel a confirmed and paid order, we will inform you and arrange a refund or resolution.

Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products, particularly bulk feed, silage, and wholesale/dealer orders. Current minimums are communicated at the time of inquiry.

5. Pricing

Prices for our products are provided upon inquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact forms, and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, market conditions, and seasonal factors. Any price quoted to you at the time of order confirmation will be honoured for that specific order.

Prices do not automatically include delivery charges unless explicitly stated. Delivery costs, where applicable, will be communicated separately based on your location and order size.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods are communicated directly at the time of order confirmation and may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other methods depending on order size, location, and customer relationship (e.g. dealer accounts). Full payment terms, including any advance payment or deposit requirements for bulk or custom orders, will be agreed upon before an order is processed.

For dealer and wholesale accounts, specific payment and credit terms may be arranged separately in writing.

7. Shipping

We currently deliver across Multan and surrounding districts in Punjab, with delivery to other regions of Pakistan available on request for bulk or dealer orders. Delivery availability, timelines, and charges for your specific location will be confirmed at the time of order.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by weather, road conditions, animal health and transport requirements (for livestock), and other circumstances outside our control. For livestock, we take reasonable care in transport and handling, but cannot guarantee delivery within an exact time window.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive your order. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information or unavailability.

9. Returns

Due to the perishable and agricultural nature of our products, our return policy differs by product category:

• Dairy products (milk, yogurt, ghee, butter, lassi, paneer, cheese) — being perishable, are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of a verified quality issue reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Animal feed — unopened, unused bags in original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if reported promptly. Opened or used feed cannot be returned for hygiene and quality-control reasons, except where a manufacturing defect is verified.
• Livestock — sales are generally final once the animal has been inspected and accepted at the point of delivery or collection, given the nature of live animal transactions. Any health or condition concerns should be raised immediately at the point of delivery.

To report a quality concern or request a return, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue, ideally including photos. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.

10. Animal Feed Disclaimer

Our animal feed products are formulated to general nutritional standards for the species and life stage indicated. Individual animal results (such as milk yield, weight gain, or health outcomes) depend on many factors beyond feed alone, including breed, health status, management practices, housing, and veterinary care. We do not guarantee specific production or health outcomes from the use of our feed products. Any transition to a new feed should be introduced gradually, and animals should be monitored for individual response.

11. Dairy Product Disclaimer

Our dairy products are produced and handled with reasonable care for quality and freshness. However, as with any perishable food product, storage conditions after delivery (temperature, handling, and shelf life) are the responsibility of the customer once received. We recommend proper refrigeration and prompt consumption in accordance with the product's typical shelf life. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

12. Livestock Sales Disclaimer

Livestock sold by Organico Pakistan Farms are presented with information believed to be accurate at the time of sale (such as weight, health status, or production history), based on our own records and reasonable inspection. However, livestock are living animals, and we cannot guarantee future health, productivity, or performance after sale and transfer of custody. Buyers are encouraged to inspect animals prior to purchase and to arrange appropriate veterinary or transport care following delivery. Any specific health guarantees or documentation (such as vaccination records) will be provided in writing where applicable and should be reviewed by the buyer before completing a purchase.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the Organico Pakistan Farms name and branding — is the property of Organico Pakistan Farms or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Authorized dealers may use approved promotional material provided by us strictly for the purpose of marketing our products, in accordance with any dealer agreement in place.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Organico Pakistan Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website, our products, or our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of livestock, or loss of production, except where such liability arises from our proven negligence or a defect directly attributable to us.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Pakistan.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our Website, or your purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
